Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because our courses are digital content supplied online, this right ends once you have started accessing or streaming the course content, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Until you first access the content, you may request a full refund.

2. Course & lesson packs (one-time purchases)

Not yet started: full refund if you have not opened any lesson within the pack.

Partially used: within 14 days of purchase, if you have completed less than 20% of the lessons, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. After 20% completion or after 14 days, packs are non-refundable.

Access to a purchased pack remains valid for the duration stated on the course page (typically the course length plus a grace period). Expired access is not refundable.

3. Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing info@cervantesimo.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

We do not provide partial-month refunds for the current period, except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable due to our fault.

If a renewal was charged and you had not used the platform in that new period, contact us within 7 days and we will review a goodwill refund.

4. Free consultation, trials & first free lesson

Free consultations, trial periods and the “first free lesson” carry no charge and require no cancellation. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the paid plan is governed by the relevant section above. Any card details taken to start a trial are only charged when the trial ends, and we notify you beforehand.

5. Missed live sessions & no-shows

Our core courses are self-paced, so a missed day never expires your access. Where a live or one-to-one session is booked, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where the student does not attend (“no-show”), are counted as delivered and are not refundable or rescheduled, save in cases of documented emergency.

6. Promotions & discounts

Promotional prices, coupon codes and introductory discounts are valid only for the period and conditions stated at the time of the offer and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

Discounts apply to the first qualifying purchase or billing cycle only, unless stated otherwise; renewals revert to the standard price, which is shown before you confirm.

Refunds on discounted purchases are calculated on the amount actually paid, not the full list price.

We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, without affecting purchases already completed.

7. How to request a refund

Email info@cervantesimo.com from the address on your account, stating your order and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few additional business days to appear.

8. Legal & export restrictions

Our services are online educational content and are not subject to physical export controls. However, we may be unable to provide services to individuals or territories subject to applicable international sanctions. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
